The partnership broadens CF&W’s international tax capabilities.  Specifically, the firm will handle compliance and reporting requirements, consulting, structuring, transfer pricing and enterprise risk management.  Verse will continue to provide transfer pricing solutions and thought leadership to both public and private multinational enterprises.

To facilitate the offering, Verse partners Rob Jennings and Liz Sweigart have joined CF&W as partners, with Jennings leading the firm’s tax practice, and Sweigart heading the firm’s transfer pricing and supply chain service.   Jennings understands the day-to-day needs of senior financial professionals because of his experience as the global head of tax for a public multinational and as a leader in the national tax practices of two big four public accounting firms.  Sweigart gained her skill in transfer pricing and international taxation by managing large complex projects for multinational enterprises while working for Houlihan Lokey and big four professional service firms.
